Capitol Hill is in the Rondo Education Complex at the corner of Concordia Avenue and Dale Street in St. Paul.

Directions from the West

Take Interstate 94 East to the Dale Street Exit.
The exit merges with Concordia Avenue.
Go straight across Dale Street.
The Rondo Education Complex is on the south (your right).
Park in either the parking lot on the west or north of the building.
Enter the blue entrance on the northeast corner of the complex.  There is a big C over the entrance.

Directions from the East

Take Interstate 94 West to the Dale Street Exit.
Turn south (left) at the light by Dale Street.
Go over the overpass over Interstate 94 to Concordia Avenue.
Turn east (left) on Concordia Avenue.
The Rondo Education Complex is on the south (your right).
Park in either the parking lot on the west or north of the building.
Enter the blue entrance on the northeast corner of the complex.  There is a big C over the entrance.

Directions from the North

Go south on Dale Street.
Turn east (left) on Concordia Avenue.
The Rondo Education Complex is on the south (your right).
Park in either the parking lot on the west or north of the building.
Enter the blue entrance on the northeast corner of the complex.  There is a big C over the entrance.

Go north on Dale Street.
Turn east (right) on Concordia Avenue.
